About our seminar
We would like to offer a series of educational seminars on non-immigrant working visa and permanent residency application in the United States. Our seminars will discuss new immigrant policy, maintaining valid status; the process and requirements to obtain a non-immigrant working visa such as H-1B, J-1, O-1, as well as employment-based green card application including EB-1A (Alien of Extraordinary Ability), EB-1B (Outstanding Professor / Researcher), NIW (National Interest Waiver) and PERM (Labor Certification).
We have successfully conducted seminars at prestigious universities including Princeton, Rutgers, NYU, Columbia University…etc. We also have experience conducting web seminars for audiences all over the world. With more than ten years of experience in immigration law and high success rates with working visa applications, PERM, NIW, EB-1A and EB-1B cases, our attorney will provide valuable insight into these specialized petitions.

Our founding partner Jing Amy Feng has more than ten years’ experience in practicing U.S. immigration law.
