Jing Amy Feng is a partner at Jing Feng  Law Group PLLC. Attorney Feng worked as a Senior Attorney at a top law firm in Beijing, China where she served as counsel to a wide variety of business clients in the areas of corporate law, financial transactions, and foreign direct investment. After she was awarded her LLM degree by St. John’s University School of Law, Attorney Feng practiced immigrant law in major law firms in New York City. She has more than fifteen years of experience in practicing U.S. immigration law. Attorney Feng has successfully handled hundreds of employment-based immigrant petitions and non-immigrant visa petitions including but not limited to EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-5, NIW, PERM, H-1B, L-1, J-1, TN, and O-1 .
